Welcome to our vehicle rental service. By booking or using our vehicles, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Driver Requirements

• Minimum driver age is 21 years old unless otherwise specified for premium vehicles.
• Some premium or luxury vehicles may require drivers to be at least 25 years old.
• Drivers must hold a valid full driver licence.
• International licences are accepted if written in English or accompanied by an official English translation.
• Drivers must provide valid identification and licence documentation before vehicle collection.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• Rental charges must be paid before vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed.
• A security bond/deposit may apply depending on the vehicle category.
• Prices include the agreed daily or weekly rental rate only.
• Additional charges may apply for optional extras, additional mileage, late returns, tolls, fines, or damages.

4. Vehicle Collection & Return

• Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time.
• A grace period may apply depending on the booking.
• Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected, excluding reasonable wear and tear.
• Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle with the agreed fuel level according to the selected fuel policy.

5. Fuel Policy

• Full to Full: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.
• Additional refuelling charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

6. Mileage Policy

• Standard mileage limits apply based on the selected vehicle and booking package.
• Extra mileage may be charged at an additional rate.
• Unlimited mileage applies only where specifically stated.

7. Prohibited Vehicle Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Reckless or dangerous driving
• Carrying illegal goods or substances
• Using the vehicle for racing, drifting, or off-road driving
• Subletting or re-renting the vehicle
• Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of insurance coverage and additional liability.

8. Accidents & Damages

• Any accident, damage, theft, or mechanical issue must be reported immediately.
• Customers must cooperate with insurance and incident procedures.
• The renter may be responsible for damage costs not covered under insurance.
• Smoking, interior damage, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in extra charges.

9. Traffic Violations & Tolls

• Customers are fully responsible for all traffic fines, parking fines, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
• Administrative processing fees may apply.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking type.
• Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and vehicle reservation status.
• No refunds may be provided for unused rental days after the rental has started.

11. Insurance

• Basic insurance coverage may be included depending on the booking.
• Excess reduction or damage waiver options may be available.
• Insurance does not cover reckless driving, unauthorized drivers, or prohibited vehicle use.

12. Vehicle Availability

• In rare situations, a booked vehicle may become unavailable due to mechanical or operational reasons.
• We reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle when necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, delays, or business interruptions.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
